You are the architect and the engineer of our clients' success. As a Growth Strategist, you will be the driving force behind the Revenue Operating System for a dedicated portfolio of clients. You will dive deep into their data, formulate brilliant, data-driven hypotheses, and execute a relentless experimentation roadmap to smash their revenue ceilings. This is not an account management role; this is a high-impact, results-driven growth role.
What You'll Do:
Conduct "Forensic Growth Audits" to uncover high-impact optimization opportunities.
Develop and manage a strategic, data-driven testing roadmap (A/B testing, etc.).
Analyze experiment data and translate it into actionable intelligence and clear client reports.
Serve as the primary strategic partner for our clients in your portfolio, guiding them to predictable growth.
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the Revenue Operating System itself.
Who You Are:
You have 2+ years of hands-on experience in CRO, digital marketing, or a highly analytical role.
You are fluent in Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms, and data analysis.
You are a clear, confident communicator who can translate complex data into a simple story.
You are obsessively organized and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
You align deeply with our core principles of Data Over Drama and Extreme Ownership.

This is not a "get coffee" internship. This is a 3-month, immersive experience where you will learn the fundamentals of the Revenue Operating System by doing real work on real clients. You will be mentored directly by our founder and contribute to projects that actually move the needle. We are looking for hungry, ambitious, and incredibly smart individuals who want to start their career at the sharp end of the marketing industry.
What You'll Do:
Assist in data gathering and analysis for our Forensic Growth Audits.
Help set up and monitor A/B tests.
Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy.
Contribute to client reports and internal process documentation.
Who You Are:
A current student or recent graduate in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field.
Insatiably curious and a fast learner.
Highly analytical and comfortable with numbers.
You have a "no task is too small" attitude and a burning desire to learn.
